I have ordered monthly for the last couple of years,flowers for my sister.She was terminally ill.The flowers were delivered as requested, were always lovely and fresh.All the flowers brought much pleasure to her and her family and caregivers.I live in NY state and did online orders.Never disappointed, communications were good from florist, product was as advertised.Very reliable,very satisfied.

Delivery was delayed. When I called to check, they were very apologetic, offered to deliver immediately and added complimentary chocolate and a balloon. The flowers were then delivered promptly and were beautiful. Great customer service and reasonable prices.
